All orders are looked at by our staff individually to make sure the delivery is timely. For same day delivery we make sure to send out your order to one of our partner florists immediately. Deliveries are usually made the same day by evening time depending on the delivery location. Urgent orders are handled in a quick manner and if delivery is impossible within your desired delivery area we usually notify you within an hour after your purchase. 

We have a 100% Refund Policy applied to all orders. Please email us with your concern and our team would be glad to issue a refund on your behalf.

Please email us with the correct delivery address and our team will immediately go to work to make sure there is a timely delivery on your behalf from the partner florist we select within the new address provided by you.

You can track your order by simply visiting the Track Your Order page located at the top right corner of our website. One of our agents will get to work on tracking your order with the local partner florist we have chosen for you. After this you will receive an email with the latest details of your order.
